What is included in a start-up bundle?
Bundle inclusions vary. Contact us and we will confirm the services and documents included before you pay.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No. Full payment is required before your service begins.
How do I submit my documents?
Click Book Service to open the booking form. Select the service you need and click Next. Answer the questions for your selected service, then upload the requested documents directly in the form. Depending on the service, these may include your government-issued ID, TRN, NIS, proof of address and proof of payment.
Do document requirements differ by service?
Yes. The exact requirements depend on the service selected. We will confirm your checklist before processing.
How long does business registration take?
Please allow up to 1–2 weeks after your completed documents and payment have been received and the application has been submitted. Registration is completed by the Companies Office of Jamaica (COJ), so its processing time, requests for corrections and any government delays are outside the control of Rush Waves Office Hub.
Will I receive a digital or physical COJ certificate?
COJ now provides the official digital certificate by email. If you request a physical certified copy, an additional J$1,000 COJ fee applies. This is a government charge paid to COJ—not a Rush Waves Office Hub service fee. COJ fees and procedures may change.
